If you have registered for an event free of charge, please note items no. 4, 5 and 6
1. Registration
Registration can only be confirmed by direct debit. Registrations by fax will be accepted as the workshop/conference fee can be collected by direct debit. Participation in workshops (if part of the event) is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case of non-payment due to insufficient funds in your account or incorrect/illegible information, you agree to reimburse bsh medical communications GmbH an additional processing fee of € 25,– per failed transaction.
2. Cancellation
If you cancel your participation up to 6 weeks prior to the event, 50% of the participation fees will be refunded. After this date, no refund will be made unless you nominate a replacement person who will take over the entire arrangement booked by you. In this case, a processing fee of € 25,– will be charged additionally for the renaming of the documents. If you have any special wishes regarding invoicing, please let us know when you register. A processing fee of € 25,– will be charged for subsequent invoice rewrites. The participation fees and other prices are based on the current rates of the service providers and the currently valid VAT. We expressly reserve the right to make changes beyond our control.
3. Workshops
If you would like to take part in workshops, we recommend that you register as early as possible. Places can only be offered on site according to availability.
4. Alterations / cancellation of the event / workshop(s) by the organiser
The event will only take place if a minimum number of participants takes part. The organiser reserves the right to change speakers, to relocate or cancel events and to change the programme. If the organiser is entitled in cases of force majeure and/or even obliged due to official directives and/or for safety reasons to make changes in the implementation of the event and/or to cancel it, there shall be no liability for damages towards the participant. If an event is cancelled in its entirety, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.
5. Legal basis
The organiser of the conference is bsh medical communications GmbH. If a third party enters into the contract, the third party and the participant shall be jointly and severally liable to the organiser for the invoice amount and for the rebooking fees. The liability of the organiser for damages other than bodily injury shall be limited to three times the participation fee/invoice amount, insofar as damage is caused neither intentionally nor by gross negligence or insofar as the organiser is solely responsible for damage incurred by the participant due to the fault of a service provider. The participation fees for the conference will be collected by bsh medical communications GmbH. The General Conditions of Participation and Notes printed above form the basis of the booking. Verbal agreements are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
