We create concepts and ensure efficient and target-oriented implementation, especially for conventions and conferences.

Marketing:
We take over the planning, organisation, design, implementation and management of events as well as product presentations, accompanying sales actions, corporate events, incentives, integration programmes and the evaluation from a customer value-oriented perspective.

Organisation:
We organise and support specialist exhibitions which accompany your event and organise the basic programme, as well as hotel accommodation for speakers and participants, including the respective address and registration.
We also offer to prepare your calculations and assume budget control. For granted we consider your event's transparent final invoice and controlling to be a fixed component of any event organised by us.

Research:
Within the scope of extensive research, we offer you qualified new customer acquisition, new business development, the initial address of your target groups, Internet research and the selection of suitable locations and service providers.

Customer support:
We personally and individually address participants and speakers, whereby we consider extensive information of the participants as self-evident. The same applies to the prevention of overly frequent or superfluous contacting. We always answer enquiries promptly because we are always accessible.
